Management

Muthaiga Golf Club is a membership club that is run by a management team and staff under the policy guidance of a board of Directors. The Board of Directors has appointed sub-committees which provide management leadership in specific areas of Club activities. These board committees report to the Board Chairman. The Board is the link between the management and the general membership. These sub committees are, Audit Risk & Governance, Finance and Administration, House, Golf & Course, and Membership.

MR. KAVIT BHAKOO

CHAIRMAN

Mr. Kavit Bhakoo was elected to serve as Chairman in 2022. He has previously served the Club as the Finance Director.

CAPTAIN

Mr. Robert Ngugi was elected to serve as Captain of the Golf Club in 2022. He has previously served the Club as Vice-Captain in 2022 and also has served as a member of the Golf and Course Committee.

LADY CAPTAIN

Ms. Lucy Njoroge was elected to serve as Lady Captain of the Golf Club in 2022. Ms. Njoroge has previously served the Club as the Lady Vice Captain in 2022, the Honorary Secretary to the Ladies' Section in 2021 and has also served the Club's Golf & Course Committee.
