Nairobi District Foursome 2022 Presented by Muthaiga Golf Club

This is the first major golf event in the Club's golf Club starting Friday 7th January 2022. This is a knockout competition that is open to only two teams from all golf clubs in Nairobi County. A subsidiary event is played over 36-holes , medal foursomes with a combined handicap limit of 24.

Muthaiga Golf Club Ranked as Kenya’s Best Golf Course in 2021 World Golf Awards

The World Golf Awards has ranked Muthaiga Golf Club as Kenya’s Best Golf Course for 2021. It is a great honor for our club to reclaim the glory of the world’s most acclaimed awards in Golf that recognizes and rewards excellence in Golf Tourism, World-Class Courses, and Golf destinations.


Launch of the Coaches Conference at Muthaiga Golf Club

As part of the plans to ensure junior golf within the country, the Junior Golf Foundation partnered with U.S. Kids Golf Foundation to train 40 coaches from across the country. The coaches are expected to use the knowledge gained to introduce more young people to the sport as well as develop some into elite players.

Launch of The US Kids Foundation at Muthaiga Golf Club

Muthaiga Golf Club hosted the launch of the US Kids Foundation on Sunday 31st October 2021. The launch was sponsored by Safaricom PLC, NCBA Group, Prime Bank & Crown Paints. Through this foundation, Junior Golf Foundation & Kenya Golf Union will be able to drive the implementation of the Player Pathway program throughout the country, as part of the efforts attract more children to the game of golf and to develop elite players over the long term.
